Hi guys, I recently picked up a 2000 Pontiac Firebird 3.8 V6. The previous owner had velcroed the t-top shades to the glass, and velcroed his dash cover to the dash. What product would you guys recommend for the adhesive/gunk removal on the t-top glass and dash?
wd40 or something of the sort would work.. some kind of lubricant... that would work for the glass.. i would test whatever you want to use on a small portion of plastic that you cant see before you do it though.. just in case.
my dad used some industrial strength stuff to get tree sap off my windows/paint a while back.. was in a green and white can.. cant think of the name though, sorry..

Goo Gone will work perfectly. Its a citrus based product so it has a less chance of damaging the plastic. I use it all the time.
*** Be sure not to mixup Goo Gone with Goof Off. Goof Off is xylene based and destroys plastic, dye, and some paints.
