Don't want this thread to get buried so quickly.
Were you able to get some beam pattern pictures?
(headlights aimed at wall, about 20+ft distance)

Awesome! Believe it or not, my brother had this idea years ago. He got a set of those headlights and had a spare bumper and core support and everything for mock up but never really got around to doing it. Nice work!

I have a few questions about the wiring
okay so on the first wiring diagram are you adding the jumper right behind the headlight switch on the dash? and the second, is this something that you added to the the setup? i dont really understand why they chose to do this reverse polarity thing.
is it possible to just rewire the switch and omit the relay harness you created? do you have a bigger version of the first diagram you posted?
Any info would be great. Thanks

Just a lot of measuring. I had to buy some US Version Headlights and use that to measure where the headlights were going to since the US Headlights are different and smaller than the EURO type lights. I used a Dremel with a metal cutting wheel and a saw saw. Had to make my own wire harness to make the new lights work with my factory setup. Had to cut the bumper in order for the headlights to sit right in and flush with the bumper. Still not done yet. I still need to fab something up to keep those lights bolted down.
