Question Turn signal socket & Window motor

I've tried a search but came up with nothing. I'm looking for instructions on how to change out a turn signal socket cause mine burnt out and the window motor for obvious reasons. Mods I was not sure where to post this so feel free to redirect it. Thanks guys.

The window motor I haven't done before.

The turn signal socket, you can go to an autoparts store and buy the socket. What I did was just cut off the socket. There's three colored wires. Just spliced the matching wires. That was it

The socket I would think is just a cut/splice...

The window motor on the other hand...

Here is a writeup I used when doing mine...

I'd imagine it'd be similar to this:

As far as the window motor, just follow the how-to posted earlier.

Would it be the same for the turn signals?

no reason to cut and splice,

This walkthrough is easy to follow. It worked great for me for 5 years before I sold the car.

ps- when changing your sockets, dont do it from underneath from the access doors. pop the headlights and remove the bezel; youll have a lot more room to work with and you wont be on your back. before you take everything apart, make a diagram and write down where each color wire goes and how the new socket go backs together. i usually make dash marks and i line them up when i put it back together.

pss- when changing window motor, use a 6"-8" length of 2x4 to hold your window up. just stick it between the window glass and the bottom portion of the door.
