We consider that Proprietary information. We use a lot of machines and do not disclose what machines we use, or how we do things. For example: Acrylics are different per manufacturer, and so is stainless steel. Material acts differently from different manufacturers. We have searched and found what we feel are the best materials, but do not divulge this information.
As far as the tank goes, there a a number of manufacturers that produce these, and each is a little different. They come in many sizes as well. you take into consideration cost, quality, price, process control, and size of parts you will be making, room you have available, and make your decision where to buy. Each person may choose something different, but we do not disclose much about our processes. We do not even let others in to see our work areas. I can tell you we are in excess of 1000 square feet of usage this time.
I hope you like your tank. I think we will like ours. To sum this up, we just do not release any information about machines, process, or materials.
I am a manufacturing engineer in an automotive facility, and that is a normal practice in industry.

Thanks, Roger

Roger, my question wasn't to know your business inside and out, it was really more curiosity on how your experience was IF you had purchased one from LP since you were obviously further along in the purchasing process than I was.
Thanks

Still looking for the fire design. I have been told it exists. Skulls, carbon fiber, wood patterns etc... yes.
You can send me a list of your items through PM, or on this thread.

Thanks, Roger.

Plumbing and electric will be finished tomorrow night. We will be doing some in-house samples and training this weekend, and we will likely be taking orders next week.

We will be making parts tomorrow. Starting to accept parts next week.
Please send me your lists to get the combined quote on shipping, and such.

We will post picutres as soon as we can of items, and would also appreciate others doing so as well.

Thanks, for all of the questions.

Roger.

This process does not work in that fashion. We can use some image files for the emblem work. Is that what you mean? We will be experimenting with different designs, but do not know where that will lead yet.
Please let me know.

Thanks, Roger
