I drive by cops all the time where I live and I've never been hassled with 20% on the windshield (which is darker than a lot of people have on the sides even). I'm either lucky or cops in AZ just don't care. I've had it for about a year and once you're used to it, it's just as easy to see out the front as when there was no tint on it.
Wouldn't have it any other way and any other car I buy will have the same tint.

I work at a tint shop in texas, and there is a company that makes a 10% it is in the "color stable" line from 3M. I personally have 20% on the sides and 5% on the rear and it works great, I am able to avoid cop trouble but still dark enough.
Planning on doing the entire front windshield once I get a new one that doesnt have a rock chip in it.
