You have to buy 5mm individual leds and desolder the factory leds and solder in the new ones. My 98 had some sort of coating on the back of the circuit board that made it hard to replace them so I haven't messed with them yet. I would check ebay if you are wanting to give it a shot, I get 25 packs of leds on there all the time with resistors to wire them to 12v dc circuits for around $5-$10 shipped. You can use the leftover leds and resistors for other projects.

I like the gauges. Like alot o people it is the needle placement that kind of worries me. Looks good though.

Very nice, I see you went with the gradient in silver. So if the back lights are the stock ones which areas are dimmer than the others?

With any lights, the dimmer part is the dummy lights. Everything else lights up beautifully. And to be honest, its not that bad. I'm just picky personally.
