im not gonna call you names and critizize your opinions but neon isn't a good idea for and car with a v-8 or 10/12 i new i guy with blue neon on his 95 camaro and he got so much crap he took them off in a week. just anoter warning if you havent figured that out by the hundred others that called you a ricer.
Have some ***** and do what you want to do. If I had listened to some of these guys on here I would have never installed a push button starter 3 years ago. Now I get tons of requests asking how I did it. Some people just have very closed minded opinions.

Just got the Plasma LED underbody kit for christmas, anxious to install it. Funny thing is that underbody kits were the rage back in Mopar days, but now it's rice. 
Some people just don't understand the concept of people that show their car; they think of performance and dragstrips only, and anything else is rice. It's sad, but sometimes you just never can knock some sense into their thick skulls. Do what YOU want to YOUR car and if it makes YOU happy, that's what matters. They have their own car, and hence the concept of doing something different than someone else.

neons can look good.but dont like them cause they are too fragile.had them and got rid of them and went with l.e.d.s. much better and brighter.and they dont go in place of the subframe connectors.i have them too.

It wasn't that size to be functional it was that size because they needed to make it high enough to go over the top of the car when the trunk was opened.
Look at a 1957 Chevy Impala the stupid jet fins on the hood, the fins on the rear, come on people.
If you saw that on a factory civic or saturn you would say it look ridiculous, cool but still ridiculous.
I love '57 chevy's and superbirds but the fins and wings and jet fins are just a dumb as wings and bodykits and cut springs just in a different way.

a lot of people are pretty much close minded. Its funny that neons were around LONG before the import fad.... I like them and plan on putting them on my car. I have every bolt on (and built motor) so no more go fast goodies for me. If you want to call me a ricer, so be it. You dont pay for it, you dont drive it, you wont be in it so do you think I give a rats *** what you think?
