Default Custom C5 Fixed Headlights

After severeal years of research and 5 months of development, I finally built a set of headlights I can be proud of. They are a dual-projector setup mounted on one-off rienforced Aluminum Frames. The Shroud is thermoformed ABS on a mold i designed and the lens is thermformed impact-resistant UV treeated Plastic (similar to lexan but easier to form)

That's awesome! Props on doing it yourself, that must be a great feeling when people ask you where you got them

the plan is to paint an "eyebrow" on the lens with a clear section for the light to pass through.

Good work, they turned out nice. The "eyebrow" will help the looks, will be checking back for completely finished pics. Just noticed your running lights too, custom pieces?

Love them! Dumb question - ever think about producing more sets for sale?

Balla'. I'm digging the LED's in the signals too. Dunno if it would look better if the LED's were physically bigger each, but either way, nice work.

yes. Depo clear lenses with blackouts by corveette enhancements. I did the LED strip mod that serves as the marker light.

Very neat, I like seeing one-off stuff- especially when it turns out looking good.

Very nice, very nice. I long for something like that to replace these damn T/A lights.

I too would like to know the type of projectors you used?

I was wondering when you'd post this here. I've been following your thread on HID Planet: http://www.hidplanet.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=51691

that'll work. it came out great. post up pics when you paint the lenses, I'm sure it'll look factory once it's finished. and are you planning on making a kit for this and sharing ur mold ? with the feedback your getting it doesn't sound like a bad idea to me.
