HELP! HELP! i recently put in new fog light bulbs in my 2002 TA and it completly melted the lense....i know the lights are supposed to be 894, but i used 893....is there a difference....any comments ar suggestions please... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

I don't know what the difference is on the bulbs, but seeing you have a 2002 with warrenty, You should of just had the dealer replace the bulbs <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> it's covered under warrenty! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> They've replaced 4 of them on my 2000 camaro now since I got it.

Re: HELP! HELP! I have the #893 bulbs in my 2000 TA and have had no problem with them since I installed them several months ago. If your stock bulb was a #880, like mine, then the #893 is the correct replacement. Go to www.prostreetlighting.com
That's where I got mine. $22.95 for the pair. It says on their site that the #894 is a replacement for the #881-886-889 bulbs. I do know that the #880 is 27.5 watt, the #393 is a 37.5 watt, and the #885 is a 50 watt. Not sure what watt the #894 is. The #893 has a straight base/plug and the #894 has a 90 degree angle base/plug.
