6litereater seat sliders?

I bought the seats from 6litereaters and was wondering what the correct way to install the universal sliders is??? Can someone help me here.....

i just put new seats in i baught stock sliding rails for 30 bucks those ones thats come with the seats are worse then garbage and made 4 brackets to bolt them up to the seats
