? Are you happy or unhappy about that?
it's not actually plastic, its nylon 66. And doesn't heat soak the way aluminium would. Would you you like a heavier metal intake that heat soaks and feeds the engine hotter air than a "plastic" intake would?

more worried if the paint would stick or not and not bubble up if it does stick, it just the paint i have left over from old paint jobs.

These are my 1st ones..... the are Ls2 cover for a friend who has waaaayyy more money than I do, so he drives a c6 while I put-put around in my little ol' camaro. (I'll smoke that c6 tho..) haha! ...... The black ones has all the letters filled in and I freehand airbrush all my pieces.... The white cover is a spare that I had and decided to do a "Killer" FRC for kicks. Hope yu guyz like my submission!

My 90mm L76 intake for the 427.

It was supposed to be sanded smooth, then painted factory NBM. However the guy responsible wasn't very good at doing things he was paid for....so it never was sanded before painting. *ripoff*

But at least the paint looks good.

Installed with factory rails (LS3 rails wouldn't clear the Abear Motorsports Valve Covers) and larger injectors. Not as pretty, but it fed the beast the fuel it needed.

I think I'm going to go with a gloss black setup on the FAST, keep the red raised lettering, with a white background on the FAST emblem. What y'all think?
