Default Billet grill with red bowtie . . . .

Thinking about ordering a black billet grill from 6LE, but I'd really like one with a red bowtie. It would match the red bowtie on the back of the car, and I plan on eventually painting the brake calipers red and redoing my interior in red leather.

Anybody know where I can get a red bowtie that would look similar to the blue bowtie that 6LE sells? Or one of the see through outline red bowties would look cool as well.

Here's a pic of my car . . .

Here's a pic of what I want from 6LE, but with a red bowtie

I'm very hesitant to buy non OEM parts off of ebay, most of the stuff is junk. But that gives me a good idea on where to start looking, I'm sure Classic Industries or Year One sells a similar item. Thanks

I sell them now I just can't get the damn pics to load on Photobucket. I would have posted pics 4 days ago but couldn't.

Anyways, if you want one, just order the blue bowtie grille from me and put in the note RED BOWTIE.

It will take at least a week to make though...

No offense but that is NOT the same emblem...

The emblem you have is the ONLY old style factory red emblem but it is from a truck and larger than what GMMG used.

The blue emblem we use is a 1969 Chevelle grille emblem and expensive, cheapest I have found is $80 with shipping and tax.

The best I can tell for the red emblem they took a blue emblem and converted it (either by paint, vinyl or replaced the plastic, I don't know for sure)...

Gotcha. The one I had tried before was actually different than yours (I think) because it was HUGE where as your looks like a normal size that fits the grille...
