Im looking for some pictures of a trans am, preferably black, with a LED 3rd brake light. just wanted to see what it looks like. i was thinking of doing this, or just blacking out the 3rd brake light. or if somebody could maybe photoshop one on my car that'd be cool too.

not black but you get the idea: A led third brake light is a must on any car IMO

 

When I get mine I'm definitely VHTing it... it looks fawkin weird.

 

On a black car like yours it will look better with VHT.

 

pictures look great guys! where did you find them at? i checked ebay and they had a couple that were for the low rise spoilers only..

 

yea where do you get the high raised spoiler light at?

I think the "low rise spoiler" one on ebay is for a high rise.. I "Think" they got it confused.. I have thought about buying one a few times.. Read the description, it kind of contradicts itself.

Can someone show me what the top looks like with them on and off?

 

I too looked on eBay and the title say firebird trans am, but the pic looks like it for a low rise

 

It says it won't fit a v6 high rise firebird trans am... Don't know what that means!

I'm sure if you messaged them they would know where to get one.

And forgive my ignorance, but what does "VHT`ing" it mean?
I am thinking about this mod for the hawk.

 

Its a tinted clear that you coat you lens with to give it a smoke color or black them out

 

Thats the one I got but in smoke color. The one on the auction is for the high rise spoiler. VHT is paint used to darken lights, almost like a smoke clear coating, depending on coats applied the darker the end result.

I thought that one was in smoke color??? I definitely would want smoke as opposed to black, seeing as this is going on a white car, if I decide to get it.
