If you paint the roof black I would leave the spoiler white. They look too out of place to me painted different then the body color. Personally I would leave the stock hatch I love the way lt1 ws6 formulas look but it would look good with the ta hatch too

Paint the whole roof black but leave the spoiler white. The 93-97 TA's look great with a black roof/sailpanels & nice tint. I remember somebody else had a 93-97 TA and painted the roof black, looked great.

Do the TA spoiler for sure, along with a little bit of a drop. I would stick with all white other than maybe a blue 25th Aniv stripe down the center (even though its not a 94, i still like the look). Here's a few pics of white w/black:

Its my old car, but Matt did the paint changes. Personally, I wouldn't have gone to the trouble/cost to do the black... but I wouldn't change it if I bought the car either... make sense? LOL
I just think the black top should stay a Camaro paint scheme. BUT, that is just me, and this is your car.
Regardless of what you do for paint, absolutely get that TA spoiler. They look sick on the LT1 Formula's. I just bought an LS1 Formula and have decided against the TA spoiler that I have sitting in my garage... I just don't think it will look right with the "rounder" front end of the LS.

GET THE SPOILER/HATCH!!!
I absolutely love the top black T/A above. If someone would have described it to me, I would have said it sounded pretty distasteful. That car is anything but distasteful. BUT, if it were my project, I would leave the two tone and leave the aggressiveness of the T/A above. I would do would do the spoiler, roof & hood scoop. It just looks damned smooth. The only thing I would bail on in that concept is the CETA. I love the CETA, but for a classic two tone, it needs to flow. The top flows really well, but the CETA takes away from the smooth two tone feel to me.
*EDIT*
Side panels and mirrors make it look even better. It is one of the first two tone cars that I love the look of.

Do that T/A hatch for sure. Paint the roof black (maybe sail panel too? I may be doing this but I'm too undecided).
DONT do the spoiler black! It may look good in those pictures but none of them show it sitting from a top view on the hatch. I'm sure it would look half assed like you got a new spoiler but couldn't afford to paint it the same color. I think it only looks good there because of the angles of the pictures were taken.
