Custom A4 shift **** I went to the junk yard yesterday to get some V6 springs and found a Sunfire with a button on the shifter **** that I liked. I came home and rewired my line lock to the button as well as making a boot to hide the wires. I didn't have to do any customizing of the stock shifter to get this handle to fit BTW.

No... I got V6 springs for the back to lift it up a bit. The new CME made the car look too low and since it was already lowered I had to get new springs. I did the hose mod to get the right stance though.
As far as a write up on the handle, its as easy as taking the old one off and putting a new one on. You can wire anything you want to the button and for me it was the line lock. I soldered the wires in line and that was the end of it.
