Build #2 complete. vid + pics Don't know how many of you venture into the LT1 section, but for the past few months I ripped apart the car in lieu of a little dieting and little more go go.
I ended up going all out, completely rebuilt the motor, bearings, nitrous ready rings, polished the crank. Got the heads fully ported and went with a set of oversized stainless Ferra valves. Also, threw in a bigger camshaft and recoated all of the exhaust to make it all nice and pretty. Also, deleted all the heat/ac controls and boxes, along with the airbag and all the behind the dash vents and what not, moving the computer into the cabin of the car.

The bird still doesn't have a full dyno tune on it. All it has as of now is a mail order start up tune on it. I drove it to and from Atlanta 250+ miles each way, without 1 problem. Loving the new found power for sure! Should be getting a dyno tune in the next few weeks...

sorry fellas, been so busy working and catching up on ZZZZZZZs I just haven't had a chance to snap some pictures. I'll make a point to get some tomorrow after I get home from work.
Thanks for the compliments. I'm dropping the car off at the tuners the 3rd week in June and leaving it for a week or so, so he can work out the driveability and strap her on the dyno. He's a good friend of mine so I know she'll be in good hands. Can't wait for some numbers!
