FWIW for your rad hoses you should go to your local auto parts store and get some normal worm drive hose clamps and some heat shrink that will fit around the strap.
Install them on the hoses and mark the length of the clamp that goes around the hose.
Now cut the heat shrink tubing down to the appropriate lengths and heat shrink around the hose clamp.
Then install the hose clamps back onto the hoses with the drive part of the clamp on the bottom of the hose. Voila!! probably one of the cleanest looking hose clamps you can have on any car.

I loosely followed this write up https://ls1tech.com/forums/appearanc...s-project.html.. I used similar supplies as this guy.
I used adhesion promoter, Primer for Plastic, and Rust-o-leum Paint for Plastic. As you can see I got the paint specifically for plastic and it has held up just fine with the heat and washings.
I painted them in my garage and let them dry a couple hours before they went back on. If I had to do it over again, I would set aside a day or 2 for them to completely dry and harden up some more because when I put them back on some chips came off but its no big deal you can hardly tell.

yea man removing the A/C and relocating TCS and popping the hood every day still puts a smile on my face lol. No more polishing on the top of that ugly dryer, and I have incredible amounts of space there now.
Later on if I ever have the car to a shortblock, I'll be cutting the heater box and removing the A/C inlets but I will still retain the heat I just have to fab up a plate back there. I would also like to relo the PCM behind the firewall too. We will see

-You could remove the dash if you are ambitious and hack the heater box. That's easier than removing an engine in my eyes
-I removed TCS all together. My TCS is my right foot
-I want to relocate the PCM inside as well. All you need to do is remove the harness/PCM, figure the length of wire needed to lengthen them inside, mark every wire on both ends, cut/solder/heat shrink, and as they say......voila! 60-80 wires later you have a custom relocated PCM. Reinstall harness and grab a beer or two or six

I dont have any pics, but I have seen it done at a lot of car shows. Where I work we use heat shrink hose clamps. They look great, but are a one shot deal.
