Some new appearance mods for my Formula
I recently did a few appearance mods to my formula.
I bought an HVAC setup from a Camaro and installed it in my Firebird so I could make it light up blue like my stereo.
I think the ***** look much better in the car than the stock Firebird ones. The blue turned out great too. I used Blue LEDs in place of the stock bulbs.
I also recently cut off my ill fitted Loudmouth 2 up to the resonator and just dumped it from there.
It looks cleaner overall IMO. I've already gotten the comment "how did you get a v6 to sound like that?" lol
Here's a couple videos I made of the new exhaust:

This is a before video for reference:

It's quieter when I start it and at idle but I think it sounds much better at WOT. Overall I enjoy it and the new lighting in the car. Let me know what you think.

Love the blue interior look in the birds. Looks great. One question about the dump on the LM2. Did that cut the rasp any? It sounds great! Deeper than the before video. I love how mine sounds, but there is a spot of about 200 rpms just above 2k that drives me nuts!

That looks good. if you want the hvac display to light up even brighter try the ones in the link. I have these in my Firebird hvac (in red though) and nothing even comes close to the brightness. They have extra smds that shoot sideways for a more even distribution of light. I used to have standard leds, but these are much better. ANYWAY, your car looks good overall

^^haha this reminds me of when I was converting my interior lighting to red. I definitely did not get it all done in one day, or one month for that matter...
I went through a lot of trial and error to get everything to light up as bright as possible. It is finally complete and I love the outcome.
