help removing driver power seat
help removing driver power seat the passenger seat was simple..just took off the 4 nuts.. now i'm on the drivers side and i cant find the studs coming out. my drivers seat is power whereas my passenger is not.. so can anyone tell me how to remove it? btw controls for the seat do not work and it's not the fuse so any suggestions on that would be much appreciated as well. thanks
should be exactly like the passenger side, 4 nuts. There may be plastic covers covering the nuts, those covers usually are held down with a philips screw. There is also a connector that you will need to disconnect before you lift the seat out.
hmmm, I usually have to use the switches to raise each side as well as slide it to the front and back.
Other than the required use of power to do so, it is the same as the passenger side.
