If the inside was painted to match the car, and both lights were round they would look good, like the new corvettes

Really would like a set for the TA
I'll help anyone working on a kit to eliminate the flip up.

nice lt1 camaro. Keep the flip ups, looks so much better. if you ever get the tingling to upgrade the lighting performance, the BLS conversion kicks the **** out of the fixed-lights' projectors

For those looking for a nice inexpensive HID bi-zenon projector, I'm gonna recommend these units.
http://forums.tccoa.com/showthread.php?t=125199

I bought a set several months ago and installed them in my Thunderbird housings and they've worked great, great beam pattern and small physical deminsions. I think I paid $130 for the pair with ballasts. The ones on my car are not sealed in the far rear, but I've had no moisture problems at all.

Concerning the Trans Am, I've been planning on building some fixed headlights using projector lenses. Now I'm thinking of moving the projectors down to the turn signal locations.

I know there are headlight height laws here in TX and that this new location is lower than the law allows. Do you think I'd be able to pass the annual inspection?

Fixed lights just don't flow well with the T/A and Firebird.

Keep the pop-ups FTW!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think they look Great!

For the guys questioning of how to make these or interested in offering to buy a kit.
would it be really tough to take out the flip out headlight with the bucket, use modelling clay and have a rough shape.

With that rough sample, work with fiberglass or take it to a connect thats a fiberglass expert? I'm sure a c6 type fixed headlight isn't too hard.
