I was going to keep all of the AC vents except this one. The gauges are 2-5/8ths. I wish I would have seen this thread before I started choping on the dash piece.

 

Did you ever post final installed pics? I'm interested in seeing how this turned out.

 

sold it to sweetbmxrider. It was not going to work with how many gauges I wanted to mount and was a bit heavy. New project
