Should I remain smoked out or back to stock?
Tossing the idea around since I am doing the LS1 front swap before I give the car to my wife. Right now I have my taillights blacked out, turn signals, and spoiler brake light blacked out. My goal is to have the Camaro look like an SS outside when its done.
What do you guys think? Is this too overplayed or would it seperate the car from other stock appearing Camaros at car shows?
Here are some recent pics...
Also thinking of going back to the stock "CAMARO" rear filler panel and since the build has switched from drag car to street car, I dont need the cutoff switch since it will be mainly my wifes daily driver.

I have the wing up for trades in the classifieds, so hopefully I can work out a deal for an SS spoiler. I also need to figure out if I can reattach one of the taillight studs, it broke off last time I had the lights out. If not, I need new taillights then.

1st things 1st, have you asked your wife what she thinks? If you havent, get together with her and see what both of you would like. After all, it is yall's car and she's the one who will be driving it now.
2nd, i dont see why your thinking of changing up so much **** just because your doing a ls1 front end swap?? I dont see the need to mess with the rest of the ****, other then the spoiler since you said you want it to look like an SS. Just my opinions.

I know, its killing me. My strut nut is rusted on and I cant get it to break loose to put the front lowering springs on. So just looking to see if I can put together another spring/strut assembly.

Yeah, IMO the rear wing HAS to go.....SS spoilers are the way to go. I say go back to stock with the lights, add the SS spoiler, add the SS hood and call it a day.......looks like a really clean car btw...

Sorry, Im "new" to the dress up mods! Been worried about making the car into a drag car, but now that its being a street car, Id like it to be fast along with looking good.
Are these stickers or hard inserts? I know a buddy who has stickers and they ended up wrinking when he tried to put them on
