Because you can't see all the time I put into it...it sucks.
On the other hand, I've started back up detailing cars on the side to bring in some extra cash.
The first one I did for a buddy of mine that got married a few weekends ago.
1999 Trans Am WS.6 49k miles.
-It had some pretty bad swirl marks and just needed a really good cleaning overall. It has sat inside it's entire life basically until recently when he moved it out of his parents garage to his new apartment and now sits outside until he gets a garage to put it in. I have before pictures but none came out good since it was raining when I first got it to the house.

A cool shot I took when the cars were sitting outside afterwards.

The second was this past weekend. I freakin love this car.
1993 Supra NA-T ~45k miles
The paint felt great, but there were a LOT of swirls in it. Did a full cut on this car, as opposed to the WS.6. Still are a few surface scratches but overall he loved it.

At the moment I'm using Malco products. They are reasonably priced and are doing a great job. I look for good user friendly products, ease of getting off...etc...I used the 3M stuff when detailing at work but that **** is like $30 for 1 bottle. That kind of material cost is nuts when just starting out. Plus I've heard the Malco products ARE the 3M products just without the name stamped on the bottle.

I Concur, I dont understand why people like the exhaust coming out at an angle like that as well. I seen it on a SRT the other day and I about puked. It looks like crap. IMO the only thing you should see is the tips of the exhaust sticking out

they started doin that on certain type cars like that and Evo's, WRX's, and Supras cause it made the exhaust more straight rather than having the curves in the pipe to make it come out straight so there would be less restriction on the exhaust flow but hey if you drive something smaller than a V8 i guess every little thing counts lol ![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)
