Default For those of you thinking about buying Sonar Projectors...

Do it! They are super high quality. I was a little skeptical about buying Ebay headlights, but after thoroughly reading through some threads on here i made the choice and I am very happy i did. The fitment is great, the fit and finish is great and they are crystal clear. I have a DDM HID kit in them and I also highly recommend that as well....very pleased with everything. Here are some pics....sorry they are cell pics, I will get some better ones if someone wants.

If youre thinking about changing to these, the light output is great and the cutoff is excellent as well. I was looking for a good set of headlights and HIDs because i do a lot of night driving and these are great at night.

They were $89 on ebay plus $45 shipping from seller zomkspeed. They came nicely packaged and was well worth the $45 from cali

I wouldn't mind both, actually. A day or two is fine. Thanks!

Looks very good. I just had a TBSS forum member customize my headlights and it changes the whole appearance of the vehicle.

Here are the night pics as promised. These were taken at the same spot as the day pics. I also took two pics of the cutoff.

I just put in Sonar projectors and the 55w DDM HID kit. Yours seems a little bluer than mine, what color temp did you go with?

How far are you from the garage when you showed the cutoff? How high is the cutoff? I'm trying to determine what height to set mine at. I need to do a search...

The sonars and HID are so much better aren't they? I bought mine from the same eBay seller.

I have the 35w kit in a 6000k. If you have the same color temp its probably because you got the 55 watt kit, they say on the website that the high wattage could cancel out some of the color.

Those pics were taken at roughly 30 feet from the garage door, I just aimed them until they looked like there werent going to blind anyone. Ive found that visibility on the road is great. And yes they are so much better than the reflector housings...night and day, no pun intended.

I got the 8000K 55W, should be similar. Must be the camera. Regardless, I'm happy with mine.

Yours look like they are aimed higher than mine. I feel like I could raise mine a little more and not blind anyone. Once you go HID, you never go back! Just be careful not to get too many deers in your headlights, pun intended
