I've got an image in my mind that until the car fits it, I won't be happy. I slowly came to the realization that it cannot be this particular Camaro I have unfortunately. But I'll have one that looks and performs the way I want, eventually.

appearance wise, with the camaro i was certainly satisfied, with the exception of lowering springs. performance wise, it was a V6.... but it was still fun to drive, it ran and sounded great

with the trans am, i'll never be... i want another camaro. but i'll be okay with it once its lowered, rear rims widened, and i get some LT's and a true dual set up.

but in reality, its a never ending job. there's always more that can be done. 97ramsst's car is the perfect example of that. no matter how far you go, you can always go a little further. and when you truly feel you've done all you can, thats when its time for a new toy

I cant leave good enough alone. As soon I have money to play around with it is going into the car. Im thinking bigger cam, raptor hood, roll cage, racing seats, 5 point harnesses, slicks, and maybe some other things. I might be happy 550-600 rwhp NA out of my 402. Im sure I will find something else to "fix" when I finish everything on my current list.

Never period.
But as I grow older and wiser I have started to realize that there are other more important things to "sink" all of my hard earned money into, I've had this car for 4 years and at this point I'm happy to say that I'm pretty satisfied with what I've done to it.
PS. After nursing school 2 years from now it'll be on!

ive had mine since 07... and i can say im pretty satisfied with it in the looks dept. it is just about everything I wanted in it, except for a new coat of paint and a few lighting mods.... but the performance aspect will be never ending. As soon as i get the F1A on it, I might have the itch scratched for a little while.... until I need a cage and better tires and rear... then ill put more boost in it

I am the original and only owner of my Trans AM for 8 years now!

I didn't start modding it until 2005 when the warranty expired, and since then I've done a lot under the hood and very little with the appearance.

Like it said, I just can't leave it alone either. The hawk doesnt need anything else! But I'm wanting to do more.

These cars are like being hooked on drugs - as much as we resist the temptation, we're powerless to the mods.
