If you add everything up the cost is about $3200. Good thing is, I'm a web designer and traded website work for most of the parts. I have about $800 in that setup.

Yea me too. I did some test fitting before I had it painted and adjusted a few things to keep it from rubbing. It will still be close. I have a few other ideas to keep it from rubbing. Fingers crossed.

Cool..Keep me updated if you can. When i get a FAST setup i want to go with that lid.

Yea me too. I did some test fitting before I had it painted and adjusted a few things to keep it from rubbing. It will still be close. I have a few other ideas to keep it from rubbing. Fingers crossed.
Just curious what some of these ideas are? My lid rubs .

I have seen this done before and alot of work goes into doing this. But, I would have asked him to blend in the stock fuel rail indentations in the middle of the intake. Those dents just stand out to me. Here is a pic that has the indentation removed.

Looks great. I opted for the DIY Sand/Primer/Paint, but the quality on yours is spectacular.

Ok figured I'd update this old thread with install pics. Pretty much done. Just need to take care of some minor cleanup like the maf wiring and getting rid of the blue fittings on my catch can.

Looks good. I like how the lid sticks out from the radiator support but isn't like "Hey look at me". It flows with it real nice.
