Default Whistler Mod

Well after owning the car for a year I did the whistler mod this weekend. The previous owner had chrome halo's, which I hated. So I decided to do it Monday since I had some free time. Friend helped me do it since he has done it before on his DD. On to the pics. And I apologize for the crappy pics, my digital camera isn't working at the moment.

Looks like they came out pretty good!

Try polishing the lens a little more. (Might be the lighting though?)

Did you paint them flat black?

looks better. ^ it might be just the camera. and yea good choise on going back to stock grill!

looks good but like what they said it may be the lighting or just need a lil more polished out

Thanks for the comments guys.
Yes they need some more polishing.
I also did use flat black spray paint. I didn't want to use gloss cause I didn't want it too shiny.
Follow that write up its really easy.

I just did mine friday, took a lil over and hour to take them off,paint,and put back on. Look ALOT better than the halos! i used a low gloss black( high temp paint)
