The factory ones are gunmetal, I just bought a set of silver painted, and I am thinking of having the centers powdercoated a dark gray, but I haven't seen black.

Go onto the Corvettforum.com and check in the Z06 discussion. There is a guy there that does these style of Z06 wheels for the forum goers.....he does awesome work from what I've seen.

Grand Sport idea...sadly, the ricers seemed to like it too, and now quite a few cars have black powdercoated wheels (@ least here <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="gr_sad.gif" /> ) Its a good look on the right car, and w/ the Z06s, you'll probably be somewhat unique for awhile...

I thought it'd look cool on my black Z... I always see ricers with the "spoon" rims which look like vette knock offs..

what is the facination with the black rims ..personally I think they look horrible but do what you like.
