That'd be the first thing I'd do if I had a LS1 Camaro. However I don't think the new grill fits...

A black billet grille would look killer.

it would also look good without a grille if you have a front-breather intake setup in the openings.

the lines of the new bumper don't flow at all with the sides of the car. looks really bad if you ask me.

glad to see i'm not the only one who feels this way. I like the back bumper, but where it meets the tire/fender it just doesn't flow at all. And the front bumper I just plain don't like. I don't see ANY resemblance to the DH except for the fact that it sticks out...

I'm not a big fan of the front bumper, but the CME rear bumper is sweet!

It'd be neat if you made a front bumper similar to the ones Derrhaag made for the Trans-Am series racing Camaros. Here's a picture of the GM design team behind the prototype:

I have a better scan somewhere...

Here's a better scan of it and some nice pics of random Camaro race cars I've saved over the years. The problem with these body panels is they aren't for real 4th gens. They are for race car bodies with a tube chassis so parts don't interchange obviously.

It'd be neat if 6LE could make some panels similar to these. I've always thought one of these race cars rolling down the street would get more attention than just about anything else...

At the time (and maybe still today) it was very impressive that the race car didn't have a single change made to the windshield angle or roof that the road car didn't have. You might recall the Mustang Cobras racing against Camaros hardly even looked like Mustangs.

Front bumper doesn't seem to match the hood...
