For comparison...

Not identical for obvious copy right reasons but we tried to take it's spirit, bring to it the past 8 years of modernity in design, McNord's own personal touch and we can out with a product that McNord and I both have on our own cars and just got off the phone talking about how f@cking great it looks in person. We're both happy as pigs in ***** and that's all that matters

The 1st gen-style foglights look out of place with that bumper.

The SS spoiler doesn't really match up anymore. The front end is aggressive, but the SS spoiler makes the back end look subdued and bland. You really need something like the Freedom Designs spoiler to offset the front end (plus it'll have a cool road race look to it).

it does look really good i like it. The only thing now, it seems like the sides need some flare out to them to tie it all together.

It looks a lot better painted, but if the center grill portion was painted black, I think it would look a little better. You guys did a good job though.

will look better with the grill and now that I look at the comparo I know what it is that seems off. the bottom (the lip portion) is so much thicker than the original.

Thanks everyone, plans for the car include:

Ditching 1974 Z28 Emblems for 6LE Emblems

Trans-Am side skirts/GFX (eventually replaced with a new McNord
version coming out to compliment the front and rear bumper)

Ditching the SS Spoiler for the 5" RKSport spoiler

Ditching stock steering wheel (just looks too old since it is the 1998 style with the new interior) for a 2010 one (I'm going to make adapters and sell them, hopefully).

Also, for those who don't think the bumper ties into the rest of the car you are right, it does not. That is not our plan.

Our plan is to bring these cars into 2010 with updated styling. We are trying to do for the Camaro what Pontiac did for the Firebird with the Trans-Am. Take a Bird, put on a specific to Trans-Am front and rear bumper and side skirts and have a bad *** street machine that doesn't look like a V6 (for those who DON'T want sleepers).

Add on the Targa Top and your 12 year old car suddenly looks modern, hell more modern than the 2010, lol.

Maybe McNord will post a photoshop of his car in black with the bumper, GFX, etc... (I can't find it anymore) so you guys will see the big picture...

I like it, it will look really great once the side skirts are on.

Looks fine. Just not feeling the foglights in the grille area. Other than that the bumpers look fine.
