I don't see why the LT1 birds get a bad rap. Hell I've been seeing some LS1 cars in my area that don't hold a candle to my car condition wise lately.

 

haha iuno man, most of the lt1 birds I see are flamed out.... mainly cause you can buy high mileage ones w/ less than $3000, so their demographics are a little sketchy haha

 

Mine has almost 132k and its insured for a lot more than that, lol. I guess its all about the condition of the car and where the miles were accumulated. i was under mine a few weeks ago and it looks practically brand new under there except for a small bend from a jack and a bend on the "do not jack here" thing on the pass side which i'm pretty sure was there before i bought it.

It definately helps mine wasn't driven in the winter up here. that **** destroys cars bad.

 

IDK what the car starts out as but I have seen either a LT or LS body Camaro with a 69 front end on it. They even went as far as to put the "gills" on the back quarter panels like the had in the 60's.

You do this to a 4th gen car that is actually a firebird to begin with and get "Ewww" and "Gross" (including from me), but you do it to a 5th gen and everyone is like "Wow!" and "What does it cost!"

Thats because the body lines fit... And it actually looks clean and done right. It actually looks like the car too.... This one is a 4th gen with a hack job 2nd gen front bumper conversion.
