Tough choice now after LS1 SS front clip swap. SS badges or Z28 badges?

I've always hated the LS1 SS mentality. If I had a dime for every 69 Camaro that shows up at a car show badged as a Z28, but started life as a different model then I'd be a rich man (yet no one throws a fit about any other generation Camaro clone). If you want to clone an SS, then clone it. It's not like the fourth gen Camaro SS is such a rare car that it deserves it's heritage to be guarded this closely.

I couldnt have said it any better my self. I HATE peopel that think there SS is better than my Z28.
because the ss is so much better?
OP: Do whatever you want. You shouldnt feel ashamed to have a Z28.
Oh, no matter what you do anyone that really knows 4th gens will know thats not a stock ls1 car. You are missing the standard LS1 lift kit. Only LT1 cars came stock with a decent ride height.

Going to remain badgeless...
Plans are for a SLP bowtie grill and clear corners and Halo headlights and redoing my 10 spokes to look like 35 Anniversary wheels.
