As for the grille, I'm still on the fence. Once the badging comes in and it may help. One of those, never been done deals I thought I'd investigate. Pretty easy fix to go back if I want "cat" back

I don't think the fog delete looks bad but I'm not feelin the grille, just doesnt match the smoothness of the rest of the car. I wouuld have just filled in the holes in the bumper like so

Thats what I did first then got in a fight with a light pole and did this one

I think a combo of the shaved holes and a lip similar to what the DH cars have would be perfect!

Would go with a billet grille before doing any more work to the fascia. Either way, won't happen before winter, but still a thought.

I agree with you on the foglight choice, it took me a few moments of staring to decide as well, definitely looks really clean that way. With the new age of HIDs and other lighting options going on with these cars, no one cares about fog lights anymore. I will say I'm not 100% feeling the grille though. I almost think a stock grille would be best, but one that's brand new without the fade that they tend to show after being 10 years old. I'd bet with that, there would be a lot of people, Fbody owners included, that wouldn't even notice your fog lights were gone.

Regardless, legit build, any FI plans down the road? What's the bottom end setup for the motor? I hate to be nit picky, but I like to know specifics like the brands etc.

What's done to your T56 as well? Your power level is enough to break those tough ***** in stock form.

In order....

1. Jury is still out on the grille here too. Not done yet, so we'll see. I still have options.

2. Bottom end is legit NA hi-compression stuff. Lunati, Callies, JE, etc......If this intake is a complete PITA, who knows...a twin screw would fit now

3. T56 reworked by Liberty. Viper spec'd. Not bullet proof at this power level, but not a race car either. Would work for awhile. :

That's true, I keep forgetting this is a street car, that T56 should be good for quite a long while. In any case, at least you know your rear can take it

By the way, I did read the whole thread last night, but I can't remember if it was mentioned or not, is this is a solid roller setup or hydraulic? If solid, what lifters did you end up going with?

Indeed....have a feeling it's going to be awhile before the bugs get worked out.

I saw that before and it`s good you are going to clean that stuff up. There is nothing worse than a cheap build.

Please do a complete professional photo shoot when you are done! That car needs to be in several magazines and you did one hell of a job with that car!!
