Anybody willing to do this and get back to us? I have a few small dents that drive me nuts.

I wonder if it'll work at this time of the year though. Right now it's around 30 degrees in Chicago and I don't think the hair dryer will get the body panel sufficiently warm enough for this to work. I'm going to wait 'til it gets warmer out to attempt this. Keep this in mind to those of you who might try this in colder climates.

i tried it yesterday on my DD and it didnt work. and no the dent wasnt creased

The dent has to be like a bowl shape and have no lines in it whatsoever. Those lines are called creases.

Like I said in my previous post; I think it's too cold outside for it to work. The hair dryer, I believe, won't get the surface area warm enough.

i used a small propane torch

no seriously i did. i stayed far enough away not to cause any damage to the paint but it got the panel plenty hot enough. i know it was stupid, but the car is a DD and i really dont care

i use a torch... but thats on body work to tighten the panel.. and thats when the paint is off the car so im not worried about the paint
