Remember, your CME wont look exactly like mine. I got mine blended about 3 1/2 years ago at a bodyshop.

Yeah, still deciding if I want the blended bumper or just the cme valance. I was thinking if I get the 6le blended valance, I wonder how the rear bumper would look with the lower section painted silver like my Manta stripe.

You are correct. No matter if it had full SLP options or was a base model SS, the z28 went to New Jersey to get the SS package installed.

My 2000 SS does not have a SLP sticker, I called SLP in 05 and got the birth certificate for my car. It is a base option SS #867 in 2000. SLP was sold a few years ago but can still tell you the # of your car. Give them a call.

As stated above, this is normal. You just have a base SS car with no additional SLP options.

As for the topic of this thread, ~6 years old though it may be, I'm a CME hater so I'd vote for anything that isn't CME.

I'm still not completely in love with the valance, because it makes the rear appear lower than the front in certain profile views, though the fact this one is blacked out helps quite a bit with that illusion. Ultimately, if one must have a valance, this would be the way to do it IMO. For a Camaro, this is vastly superior to center exit tips.

Thank you sir and I wish it was still on the car! It was removed by the guy I sold it to along with a lot of the other appearance mods I did when I owned it. Now begins the slow process of putting it back to how I had it, with the exception of the z06 wheels
