I've bought 2 sets from XtremeHIDs.com, one 5k and one 6k and the 5k is pure bright white with no other color mixed in and the 6k is white with a little more than a hint of blue, enough to where its a hint of blue shining on the road. Both are 35w kits. I personally can't say enough about them. Great people to deal with, good pricing, fast shipping.

That's sad....I thought they had good customer service. I called and they walked me through troubleshooting one side (+/- were reversed from side to side, OEM problem). Bought a 4500k slim 35w kit for my wife's car 2 1/2 years ago and other than a touch of flickering when it's really cold on startup they've been flawless. I have noticed when I drive it that they are on the yellow side, but still definitely look like HIDs compared to the fogs. I was gonna try the 6000k bulbs next time, but if they're not around it doesn't matter.
