Lets see...
Turn signal bulbs in front go out all the time
Spark plugs are stupidly hard to get to
Piston slap
Loud lifters
steering wheel is awkward...not thick enough, too large diameter, I always feel like I'm too far away from it lol
Cheap materials
terrible feeling transmission, reverse is a pita to get
Passenger side hump
Center cupholder is completely useless (and I didn't discover the other one until like 6 months after I had the car lol)
Slowest windows I've ever seen
kind of looks like a catfish, but a bad *** one lol
Hatch never opened all the way until I did the spring fix
water always comes out the twilight's /hatch area after you wash
Terrible stock suspension (and I mean every part of it)
10 bolt, even though its still holding together for me
No room for exhaust...
But I still love my endless pit of money more than anything!

My biggest gripe after nearly a decade in a fourth gen? . . . . . . I dont really have any... the love of these cars for me out weighs the negatives that have been listed. I guess the only thing I can really complain about is the 10 bolt. Its the one piece that needs to be fixed from the get-go that is out of reach to most of its owners. I had almost no complaints about my LT... and to this day still regret buying an FD instead of just doing an ls1 swap into the Z. I love the FD... but I really miss my Z.
I would disagree on this. This is the one vehicle I've driven that you can have a conversation in with the windows rolled down and driving at highway speed. Every other car I've ridden in made so much noise at 70mph with the windows down that you couldnt even think... or had to roll them up because of the turbulence in the vehicle.
That one point is in my top five reasons I love these cars... Even with my windows down and a loud *** exhaust I dont have to yell for my passenger to hear me while were on the road.
Edited to include my disdain for changing sparkplugs in all fbodies..... I always forget about that pain in the knuckles.... forearm.... elbow... back.... neck.... and ***.
I agree with what everyone else said, a lot of my pet peeves have been stated, I'll try to find some new ones!

no high beam flash movement, Need to turn on high beam release and turn off....

Nitpicking:
-Location of cup-holders (anything larger than a 12 oz can makes the cup-holder (or shifter) useless
-Wish people wouldn't guess automatically that my car is a V6 (want Trans Am rear bumper/wing some day....maybe)
-10 bolt
-Center Console is flimsy
-Turn signal shroud looks like it's broken, and flops around over rough roads
-Crappy factory head lights
-Factory radio display goes bad
-Lack of factory sound deadening
-Dash rattles (shocks helped, now the trim around the HVAC/radio rattles
)
-Spark plugs
Overall though, I love the car. Definitely rare in my area to see a clean F-body, let alone a clean Formula (plenty of beat to **** 3rd gens, however). The fact that the Formula looks like a V6 is starting to appeal to me too, it's kind of understated and has the ability to really surprise people (I relate it to myself, haha).
Would I trade it for a 'vette? Maybe....but until somebody asks to,

I really have not had all these problems yet. If I had to be picky:
1.) rear hatch sticks in cold weather (fine now in 50 degrees and after some lithium grease)
2.) cup holder behind the shifter in a 6 speed and the pull out cup holder in front of shift (the d and r in holder fell through leaving a hole)
3.) the amount of exhaust crap on my rear bumper (soon to be fixed with tune)
4.) dim headlights (eventually hid's)
5.) the heaving steering (granted I moved up from technology from the 70's)
the one I didn't see in here:
6.) the door shell separating and 4 different epoxies I've used so far (finally think its glued now but not were I wanted it)
