Granted ive had my car for 3yrs and have put only 300miles on it(at first i couldnt make up my mind on a combo) but id have to say my gripes are...

1. seating position
2. seats them selves
3. no room under the hood

anything else is minor stuff that doesnt bother me much since i havent spent much time behind the wheel.

The T-tops seal bothers me but the rest of the stuff I have been able to fix or have a game plan for it.

For those complaining about the spark plugs. Take off the coil-packs, (5) 10mm bolts and about 1 extra minute of time and ALL of your complaints are resolved. Cylinder 8 is just as easy as cylinder 2 and I bet you save time due to the ease of access now afforded to you.

honestly, the thing i dislike most about my car and f bodys in general is most of the local people around my parts that have them. Im a pretty civilized person, but if you see another f body around here, you better believe that some hollar **** is in it with his sister/girlfriend.

I'm not going to list all, but these are the ones that could've been done differently for fairly cheap on a $30k car.

Cheap Interior, but WAAAY expensive when some cheap plastic thing breaks.
Passenger Hump - It's NOT EVEN NEEDED
Turn Signal sounds like a twig breaking
Headlight Motor Design
Window Motor Problems
Terrible, TERRIBLE clearance. C'mon.
Poor body styling around wheel wells (related to clearance)
1.5 DIN? Seriously?
Huge, Heavy Doors and Windows (getting in/out sucks in tight parking)
Boring Colors
Factory Orange Peel
Noisy Interior
Poor weatherstripping/windnoise
no built-in antenna
seating position (maybe not so easy to fix)
poor tilt mechanism (related to seating position)
side mirror design - stupid triangle keeps breaking!
factory headlights... seriously?
Rattles everywhere
Spark Plugs
thin *** steering wheel

These are the reasons the fbody died: Because the engineers couldn't engineer a whole car, just an exterior and a driveline. Sad but true.

Seats dont bother me much and I daily drive my car, never uncomfortable, interior is a bit outdated but its an old car. Only thing I really dislike is the dang 10-bolt, and how hard it is to change spark plugs!

Here's what I don't like. Other stuf really isn't that bad to me.

- windshield over the engine
- ashtray lid always breaking
- no real room for an exhaust
- ABS system
- people don't think it's my car (kinda like what I said in another thread)

1. the 10 bolt sucks ***
2. piston slap (but if you are putting exhaust and a cam on it does it really matter?)
3. the stock wheels on the 98-02 z28 are ugly as hell unless they are chrome

Only 3 things I really dont like....its a ls1 so that automatically makes it badass

Every single damn squeek and creak going down a road. I hate driving with my windows down through tight residential. You hear everything going down the road. I feel like others hear an fbod and think "wow there is a piece of ****".

Stock lighting sucked....suspension...rear hatch... INTERIOR... expecially the seats... stuff in the engine bay is hard to reach... like the #8 plug...

I love alot about my car and most of the things mentioned I can see being fixed aftermarket (funds permiting) however my two bigest gripes -

Difficulty of changing spark plugs
opti location

Those just may be due to recent events but I stand by my statment.
