I did mine recently. Used a good 3M industrial rubberized undercoat and went over it with the same rustoleum semi gloss... I keep it protected with an undercarriage spray and it makes them look new and cleanup is alot easier.

looks great, i need to spray mine wheel wells again but i dont feel like cleaning all the rubber out of them yet
