Earlier this year I deleted my EGR, I pulled the system and used a 1 3/8 expandable plug with some JB weld to seal the hole in my LS1 intake.. the problem was that the LS6 intake plate was just a tad too big to fit in the LS1 intake so Rob gave me his plexi template and I modified it to fit and painted it charcoal. Now that im installing my LS6 intake I can add the proper plate.
Yes, I love the engine plate Rob made for me.. its a one of one deal. You could always order a blank one from MBA product, have it powder painted then have it engraved.. One difference is that the MBA ones use all four head bolts and Robs uses only two (more room for words.
