Best thing to do is buy some sand paper, sand the lens past the point of the yellow/dull looking part, let dry and spray some gloss clear coat on em. If done right, they will look new and if took care of, they will last.

The set I was supposed to get were only half painted but the company screwed up and sent me the full painted set. I needed a new housing due a run-in with a deer. There is a thread in here that I posted pics of them in.

If your talking about the ones on Amazon, I think there was another guy on here that said either the pic or description or maybe both said/showed the headlight being semi whistler but they ended up getting full whistler lights.

Save yourself a couple hundred dollars, screw the "KITS" and do it yourself. Get some cutting polish and some sandpaper. 1000>1500>buff. If the 1000 isn't enough (can't remember what I used) step down to 800, then 1000, then 1500.
Keep the headlight soaked, keep sanding until the soapy yellow film running down the headlight turns WHITE. This means you sanded PAST the oxidized, yellow faded plastic, and you've reached "new" plastic. Then polish them up and they will look better than they ever have. If you don't wanna do the work.. body shop, a buddy, or new headlights I guess! Good luck
