Eyebrows are simply cut out from same kind of 3M film which also is used for wrap car bodies.
I’m doing a overhauling of my pop-ups and will update them with BLS kit.
I have also ordered some 60mm Hella projectors both hi and lo beam and will start to replace the lights in the Breathless kit with these rounded ones. Let’s see what this ends up in?

Hell I like it! I agree that the square light kinda throws off the look of those lights. If someone sent me a set, even a damaged set I cod reverse engineer em with Fiberglass and either plexy or lexan and dual projectors. I would leave the lens un-glued so the housing could be painted to match the car.
