Old news... And there are only like 1 or 2 of those headlights and custom hoods in existence, not counting the ones on the car (which is probably in a bubble somewhere). Just do a search for 1998 Firehawk headlights, or something like that.

so that setup was like a concept version? cause (i know the video is from 98) but the guy said they made alittle over or under 500 of them made. just curious as to why ive never seen these before. it was kind of a cool look. :/

Yep, just a concept since it was the first year of the new front clip. They didn't actually make more than 1 or 2. There's TONS of info out there... You just gotta find it.

I actually called SLP about those lights, they never went into production. I was on the phone with them a couple weeks ago about the headlights.

since there is no pop-up lights, the hood goes right across the headlights, rather around them like with the pop ups

Only thing I can think of is that Octane Motorsports has a patent of some wort on the design atm and I've seen them with a painted trim at the top to give them more of an aggressive look. I want a set, I think it saves you from the flip tops failing and it looks pretty bad *** imo. But they are over a thousand bucks with is ridiculous.

Only thing close to them though.
