2001 SS, 18X9.5/18X10.5 Z06 Wheels wrapped in KDW2's with eibach pro-kit and stock shocks.

I'm looking for a stiffer shock in the rear instead of the stock shocks, when i put luggage back there the car starts bouncing a lot when hitting bumps going down the highway and really squats the car, do i need like a QA1 12-way adjustable to stiffin it up when traveling? All input is appreciated, thanks

You should. It's lowered, but with what springs? Shocks? Wheels/tires? Isolators?

I assume Eibach for probably the front. I can't remember if the guy told me or not. A lot of things on my car were half assed, so I'm not too sure anymore. I assume stock shocks.

But I think it was dropped 2". Then I put 1" lifters so I can clear my driveway and such. I'm running stock tire size all around.

Do all four shocks at once, youll thank me later the car will ride WAY better and all around feel so much more solid. I wouldn't get dragshocks like QA1's, they ride like *** and handle even worse. Look into some sport shocks like atleast SLP bilstiens or some Koni SA's.

Thanks do they make different stiffness of shocks like they do springs? So i want to stay away from the adjustable shocks then?

You want to stay away from shitty shocks like QA1's. Not all shocks are equal.

Haha, that made me chuckle. The koni SA's seem to be a pretty common on the searches. Are they stiffer than the stock shocks and are they able to take more weight being put on them?

WTF is "truely stanced"?? My car has a true stance. Other cars have a true stance. They're not lying about their stance or anything. Unless you mean true as in true angle, as in flat. My car has a flat stance. Other cars in here have flat stances. Unless you mean "truely stanced" as in "the one true stance" as in "I choose to keep my own shitty beliefs in secret for fear of others finding out what it is, and thus ridiculing me." If that's the case, well then you can go ahead and keep wishing for those "truely stanced f bodys" "someday...".

Let's play a guessing game as to what "truely stanced" is. How about this?

17x9.5" polished zo6's, GC coilover in front, BMR with isolators in rear, Koni's all around

I had the rear lower with the isolators removed but it was just a little too low, I like the extra compression travel and it hooks better off the line now
