Installing pwr seats in a non pwr seat car

Installing pwr seats in a non pwr seat car Anyone know what wire I can possibly splice into to get power to the seat? I see a wire by the drivers seat belt but I'm thinking thats probably the sensor to check if the seat belt is being worn.
