Sorry... Noob question I am detailing my car and I have cleaned it up pretty well except for the windows. They were really dirty so i tried windex on them.... didn't go so well 
There are now streaks and film all over my windows and i cant get it off. Any suggestions? what do you guys use?

I use a glass cleaner called Hi-Sheen
spray it on thick and heavy (it foams). Using clean, bare hands, rub it in "wax on, wax off" Karate Kid style. Then, use loosely wadded up pieces of newspaper to wipe the rest off

I use griots garage window cleaner and that is great at not streaking. I used to use stoners but switched. Also I use Zaino glass polish twice a year. If there are streaks that wont come off Griots makes a window clay bar thet might help.
