Default 6LE splitter installed (thoughts)

Just installed this today and was looking for opinions. There really isn't many pics of splitters on camaro's so I thought I'd post a few. By the way quality of the splitter is top notch. Thanks 6litereater!!
Ps. pay no attention to the headlights I have new ones on the way!!!

I purchased depo headlights. Pretty much stock replacement but have black back ground like the whistler mod.

I've always thought those looked cheap and tacky as hell on 4th gens and don't flow with the bumper and at all. But if you like it that's what matters.

I like, but the curbs are really going to LOVE it when you come to a stop in parking lots....the concrete tire stops I mean.......

I'd say by the condition of that car it doesn't see too many speed bumps and when it does he's pretty careful. That splitter looks great man. Get those headlights and you're good to go.

When you park I would advise you to park backwards. For safety reasons

Honestly...if your drive a lowered car and don't stop before those already..I feel sorry for your bumper period. The splitters actually protect the bumper from those and driveways etc.

It is a deceiving optical illusion. The splitter is only 1/4" thick and is tight against the bumper so you're literally only "lowering" the bumper 1/4".

It looks lower because normally you just see the rounded part of the bumper so it looks higher than it actually is...

Unless you are SLAMMED parking stops are no problem at all...

Looks good, bro!! I've had my splitter on for almost 3 years now, and coming from experience, it'll save your bumper.

And as for hitting things, I'm lowered on Strano's and i miss the concrete parking stops....BARELY. After driving with it for a little you'll just learn what you can and can't do with it. They're study and add a nice look!

Good purchase. Feel good about it.
