Default Lt1 Tinted Taillights

Im looking to tint my taillights in my 93 Z28. Please post some pics of what you have done. I really like the way the reverse lights look when they are not tinted. I only have vinyl covers on my lights right now.

There are some good guides on here with tons of pics. As for the reverse lights, I'm deciding what to do with mine as well. I put the lt1 style tails on my car and can't decide how to tint them yet

Yeah on your car with the black berger panel the reverse lights will stick out too much IMO. I saw someone who slightly tinted the reverse lights and then tinted the rest and it came out pretty good.

That's exactly how I want to tint mines, w/ the reverse lights still white, it would look like this since it's nbm. Havn't gotten around to it though....

I like the tint where it darkened and you can still see a little bit of red but not pitch black

If you use the spray, MAKE SURE YOU USE VHT NIGHTSHADES ONLY. I've done it several times and the ONLY good results are VHT Nightshades. And DONT SAND the lights. Dont care what anyone says. I've done it. Over a year and a half ago and they still look good.

Snap a pic of the back of your car without the covers on it, and I could probably photochop tint them for you.
