Very nice work, looks MUCH better than the flat black. Doing the sail panels was a great idea also, those look amazingly good!!

I like it. Needs something to break it up a little though - a Z28 emblem in the middle or something. Other than that it looks awsome!

I want to find a nice black emblem to put there, I would love to put the Jake emblem there but thats for vettes

No letters for sure, that would look weird.

Screw what people say about Jake being only for vettes. Do it. I think that would look awsome. Hell Silverados can pull off the vette cross flags, right?

Got more pictures with the crappy iphone. Once I get my up and running (shouldnt take too long, minor things need fixed) Ill take better pictures outside. You can see the carbon fiber twill pattern from where I was standing but the phone couldnt pic anything up.

Sorry no more pictures, I scrapped this and went with real CF. Should have it done in couple days, will make new thread posting pictures with a better camera.

did u use just regular bondo to fill in the camaro letters?

i wanna do it on my z28. might try it on my 04 cobra.

No I used fiberglass to fill the letters and key hole then bondo to smooth it out.

looks good man, i still stick to my opinion that cf doesnt belong on these cars, but it looks real good, you did a good job on it

Yes this would be the same way to do a hood.

Thanks but this idea was scrapped and I did the panel in rear cf.
