figured i'd see what satin blk fr500s would look like. i personally like em. i'm not sure if i'd do it permanently.
should i paint the chrome centercaps black? leave chrome ones? i swap in my brushed alum centercaps?
flat black fr500s
removed the side stripes
removed the racing stripes
removed FastRidesOnly windshield banner
matte black COBRA rear bumper outline decals and black 3rd brake light overlay decal from anchor-room

I also love the 03-04 cobras.
What I find funny is us as Chevy guys, accept and love the Cobra's, but the Ford guy's absolutely hate our guts, and our cars.
I guess they are butt hurt over 10 years of OHV motor's beating up on their technologically superior DOHC motors
This is not directed at the OP as he obviously is not one of the Chevy hating Ford owners out there since he is a member on this site and posts his ride up here, so he obviously appreciates the LS motors.

^yeah i had alot of ppl liking the stripes when I first did it. i have a huge thread with all compliments. but then after that, everytime i posted new pics.. ppl on svtp would just bash the car because of the stripes. got tired of it. i also removed them because i was wanting to try a new look.
i might come back next year with flat grey stripes. i think that'd look cool. i did the stripes myself so it was easy and free. used a 12" roll of vinyl, had to trim each piece to 9". hood had to be cut a certain way because of the curves but it wasnt that hard. plus i kept a template of how i cut the hood.
